About Us
Hi.
My name is Peter Kempton.
I have over 30 yrs experience as a decorator and carpenter.
My background
After leaving school, I was apprenticed to a shipwright working in a marina. I learnt carpentry the old-fashioned way using traditional tools. I also gained a City & Guilds qualification in Painting and Decorating. It has been my experience that Customers often require and benefit from a combination of my carpentry as well as my painting and decorating skills.
My Aim
I am proud of my reputation as a skilled and trusted tradesman. I am very fortunate that all work has come to me through direct recommendations from one customer to the next. Customer's referrals have always kept me very busy.
I appreciate how important it is to have somebody you can trust come into your home and treat it with respect whilst carrying out any work.
While my own skill set is broad, I have a network of locally based trusted professional tradespeople including electricians, plasterers and plumbers whom I can call upon to support me when undertaking larger projects.
I hope that the standard of my work as well as my competitive prices will speak for itself. I would like to feel that once you have experienced the way in which I work and the quality of my workmanship that you too will feel confident in recommending me to your family and friends.
